Honey and Clover is a television adaptation of the 2003 Kodasha Manga Award winning manga by Chika Umino. The series centers around the college lives and romances of five students: Yuuta Takemoto, Takumi Mayama, Shinobu Morita, Hagumi Hanamoto and Ayumi Yamada. Takemoto, Mayama and Morita are students who live together in an apartment building that they share among other students. And despite living in poverty, the three students manage to enjoy the small things in life including love interest.
